My client was a property developer who bought a very old premise in Cork city to refurbish and use for his offices. The space needed to be rewired, replumbed, walls replastered in some cases, carpet taken up and the original floorboards restore, repaired and stained.

He had an appreciation for quality and the finer things in life. he was fond of Italy and France. I saw for him a space that was warm, rich feeling, somewhat classical and still masculine. The colors throughout the premises are earthy and deep.

At the end of the hall was a nice arch feature which was perfect to frame a tapestry to draw you into the space. The tapestry is of the "Tree of Life" symbolizing creativity, life-force and growth.
